  • Amanda Durkin

    Amanda runs a variety of strength classes for over 60's as well as yoga and stretch classes for all.  Her style is gentle, fun and dynamic. With focus on keeping your body both strong and functional and ready for everyday life!!

  • Andrea Hah - Exercise Phyisologist.

    Functional exercise class for Seniors focused on improving body strength, balance and quality of life. Those with complex health conditions require an individual consultation prior to group attendance. Andrea also runs Circuit and Power group classes. See weekly time table.

  • Veronika -Vinyasa Yoga

    Veronika loves being creative in preparing classes. Always taking time to prepare sequences that engage and open the entire body. While the sequences can be challenging there’s always variations to take it at your own pace. Plus if we’re not challenged, we would never progress any further! See weekly time table.

  • Tania Grasseschi - Qigong

    Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, enhances flexibility promotes balance and boosts energy.   • Erin Lee - Vinyasa Yoga.

  • Renee Dunlop - Pilates

  • Myra - Personal Training

    Myra is available for Personal Training sessions at the gym.  You can expect personalised programs to suit your needs. For all your weight, health, fitness, rehabilitation or sporting goals.

  • Paul -Astanga Yoga

    A dynamic yoga that follows a sequence of poses.  Paul's classes are a mix of Mysore (self led) and teacher led classes.  The classes are gentle and are suitable for beginners through to advanced. See weekly time table.
